The actress got her case against musician Ronnie Radke thrown out today on the grounds that she will have a chance to appear in court again in a few weeks.
Tommy Lee's wife is dragging the singer to court for still being a menace in her life after an alleged secret relationship they shared last year during her bumpy marriage to the rockstar.

The singer's wife did not get her wish in court yesterday, but the judge reportedly promised to give her case another shot. She had accused Radke, the lead singer for the band "Falling in Reverse," of exhibiting unhinged and obsessed behavior towards her last year.
She has now been told to return to court on January 23 for a further hearing on the case. Reacting to the development, Furlan's lawyer, Lou Shapiro, declared that: "It's encouraging that in response to our filing that the judge indicated that she wants to hear more evidence before issuing Orders."
Shapiro expressed to The Daily Mail that his client is looking forward to having her day in court to "hopefully getting the protection that she so desperately needs."

The Mötley Crüe drummer's wife had informed the court in her filing that Radke had become torn in her flesh since they decided to end their secret relationship. She declared that she and Radke had sent explicit pictures to each other on Snapchat last year when her marriage to Lee was under pressure.
She stated in the filing that Radke, knowing about the situation of her marriage, requested that she end her marriage to the drummer in order to make room for their own romance. Furlan added that Radke also stood her up last May when they planned to meet up at her former home.
The drummer's wife continued that Radke would unleash attacks on her social media through burner accounts, and last week, he did the most by posting a series of her pictures on Instagram and encouraging his fans to go after her. Furlan explained that the action made her seek legal intervention.
Prior to Furlan filing, she stated that she came clean to her husband about everything, and he reached out to Radke on social media.

Last week, The Blast shared that Radke requested for a restraining order from a Southern California judge due to the musician's wife harassing him on social media and contacting him.
Radke claimed that Furlan had falsely told people that they had a romantic relationship and even tried to get others to make false statements about him.
The band musician continued that Furlan also tried meeting with him physically in very distressing ways, which has now forced him to request that the court order Furlan to stay at least 100 yards away from him. Radke cited his girlfriend, Dana Wright, as a witness to one of Furlan's unwanted contacts, which she always initiated.
He shared that the actress even followed him to a doctor's appointment after he refused to respond to her message and sat outside the facility, while giving him uncomfortable stares. Radke recalled Lee reaching out to him on Instagram and basically harassing him by writing, "Watch your back! Don't f-ck with me dude!"

The drummer broke his silence on the unending rumors surrounding his marriage to the actress due to the struggles they were experiencing last July.
As noted by The Daily Mail, he took to Instagram with a message for the rumor peddlers, describing the news as very fake, and they were neither separated nor divorced.
Before the new post, Lee and Furlan had maintained a period of public silence, with Furlan finally posting a cryptic message about rising from the ashes, and Lee coming online to share nature-themed posts.
Furlan then backed up her husband's claim on her Instagram story by sharing a silhouette video of herself and the band's drums sharing a kiss. Lee's wife had confessed that she shared intimate texts with an account posing as Radke on social media during a rough patch in their relationship.
"Because I'm a good person. I mean, I'm not a good person for talking to someone while I'm married, [but] I've been going through a lot in my marriage. No excuse, [so] I come clean to my husband," the star said last May.

Furlan is not the only special woman in Lee's life, as she admitted that her darling husband still harbored very strong feelings for Heather Locklear, whom he married from 1986 to 1993.
As reported by The Blast, Furlan shared that despite Lee and Locklear's rocky relationship, he still referred to her as the love of his life who got away.
She added that Lee constantly regrets the way he treated Locklear in the marriage by cheating on her and messing up in other ways, although he already apologized for it, and now they are still friends.
Due to her husband's closeness with his ex-wife, Furlan was also compelled to build a close relationship with her. According to her, "Heather and I are very close. She's awesome, I love her. I think she's the most kind, down-to-earth person."
She even confessed to being upset at Lee for ever stepping out on a cool person like Heather but also understood that he was young and not exactly wise at the time.
