Netflix's recently released rom-com, People We Meet on Vacation, has been dominating the streaming charts, which is excellent news for the platform. Based on the hugely popular 2021 Emily Henry novel of the same name, Emily Bader and Tom Blyth lead the People We Meet on Vacationcast as the adventurous Poppy and planner Alex, two close-knit platonic friends who develop feelings for each other over a decade of yearly vacations.
