Tara Reid's night out at a Chicago-area hotel bar turned into a frightening medical emergency that left her slurring, moaning, and completely unable to hold herself up.

The actress said her drink had been spiked, leading to hours in the hospital and a terrifying memory gap she still cannot explain.

However, as new 911 audio and police statements come out, the situation has only grown more confusing, with officials saying they have no evidence of a crime while Reid insists something very scary happened to her.

Newly released 911 audio obtained by the Daily Mail showed the chaos unfolding as Tara Reid sat slumped in a wheelchair at the DoubleTree hotel bar in Rosemont, Illinois.

A woman believed to be a hotel worker could be heard calling Reid a "guest" and a "celebrity," saying she was "really inebriated" and could not keep herself upright.

The caller repeatedly shouted "Ms. Reid!" while the 50-year-old mumbled sounds that were not understandable.

The worker told the dispatcher that Reid was not vomiting blood and was not struggling to breathe, but she was worried Reid could collapse and hit her head if left alone.

Another recording, the 911 dispatch log from EMTs who responded, described the "American Pie" star as "the intoxicated female" who was "laying on the floor of the hallway."

All of this was happening after Reid claimed she had left her wine unattended after she went out for a smoke with a man identified as Sean P, whom she claimed introduced himself as a successful influencer and YouTuber.

Reid said she returned to find a napkin over her drink, but she still drank out of it, leading to her losing control of her body and being taken to the hospital on the Saturday before Thanksgiving.

Rosemont Police announced this week that they had no proof that a crime occurred.

In a statement to PEOPLE, the police officers revealed, "At no time did video show anyone tampering with or adding something to her drink."

They also explained that a bartender actually covered Tara Reid's drink when she stepped away, calling it a "standard practice."

The authorities noted that they reviewed surveillance footage from the hotel bar and carried out multiple interviews, but found nothing suggesting Reid's wine had been drugged.

They are now waiting for hospital records to confirm what tests, if any, were done to determine what was in her system.

The statement came after Reid had been seen earlier in a disturbing video slumped in a wheelchair, unable to speak clearly.

Reid strongly disagreed with the police findings.

Following the statement from the Rosemont Police, she told PEOPLE, "Bottom line is no one ends up in the hospital incapacitated for over 8 hours after a drink."

Reid added that the last thing she remembered was having one drink before waking up in the hospital the next day and remembering nothing.

"That was the scariest feeling I have ever felt. I felt so helpless," she said.

Reid also explained that she couldn't sleep over the situation because she still didn't know what had happened that night.

"I believe I was drugged. Something happened to me," Reid noted, insisting that the sudden memory loss and long period of being unresponsive couldn't be explained by alcohol alone.

She remains frustrated and "highly disappointed" that police did not find signs of her drink being spiked or "roofied."

Reid's Smoking Pal Insists Her Account Is False

Meanwhile, Tara Reid's smoking companion, Sean P., has pushed back hard on her version of events, revealing that her account is completely false and leaving out key moments from their night together.

As The Blast reported, he said they met at the hotel bar late Saturday and talked long enough to exchange contact info before Reid invited him outside for a smoke.

According to the influencer, she was cold at first and mocked him for being a YouTuber, but when he teased her about the old 2006 TMZ clip of her being denied entry to a club, she suddenly warmed up.

Sean P. said they were both tipsy but fully able to talk. Back inside, as he went to close his tab, Reid handed him her purse and told him to grab her room key, and that's when he said he noticed pills inside.

He claimed Reid immediately screamed for security, even though neither said there was a problem.

Moments later, while heading out for another cigarette, she suddenly dropped to the floor, leaving him confused and insisting the situation didn't happen the way she reported.

While the incident remains unresolved, a source says Reid plans to lay low till the situation is figured out.

"Tara is looking to lay low till all this is figured out, and the dust settles as it has begun to affect her future working gigs on getting hired for a few things," the insider explained.

Meanwhile, Reid is reportedly firm that she "doesn't have a substance problem," pushing back against assumptions made after the release of the 911 audio.

Recall that in 2008, the "Sharknado" star turned her life around when she entered Promise's rehab in Malibu to combat substance abuse.

The following year, Reid opened up about her experience, revealing that "Rehab saved my life. Before I used to think about tomorrow and I hated it. Now I can't wait because I am clean and sober, and I am excited."
