Scott Wolf Calls Truce Amid Estranged Wife's Mental Health Treatment

Scott Wolf has given his estranged wife another chance amid their tumultuous divorce battle.
The "Party of Five" actor and Kelley Wolf have been butting heads since ending their 21-year marriage in June. Kelley repeatedly sparked concerns about her mental health, leading to multiple involuntary psychiatric holds.
The entertainer's estranged wife also got arrested for doxxing her family and friends, including her former beau. Instead of keeping Kelley Wolf at arm's length, Scott Wolf has decided to make peace amid her current court-ordered stay at a wellness facility.
Scott Wolf Drops Second Restraining Order Filing Against His Estranged Wife

According to new reports, Scott has dropped his restraining order filing against Kelley and did so by requesting a Utah court to dismiss the amended protective order. The request was granted at a hearing on Wednesday, December 3.
The case was then dismissed, with all protective orders issued declared null and void. This marked the second time Scott had opted for peace amid his tumultuous separation from Kelley, as he had previously dropped his first restraining order filing.
Scott was forced to file for a temporary protective order on June 25, days after Kelley was placed on an involuntary 5150 hold at a Utah hospital after a friend raised concerns about her mental health. PEOPLE reported that the incident occurred days after Scott pulled the plug on their marriage.
Kelley Wolf Was Arrested For Doxxing Her Estranged Husband
The second restraining order filing occurred in August, following Kelley's arrest on three misdemeanors. She was charged with one count of electronic communications harassment and two counts of electronic disclosure of personal identifying information.
The Blast covered the drama, reporting that Kelley was taken into custody by the Summit County Sheriff's Department on August 26 after doxxing Scott by releasing his private information. She was held on a $5,000 bond and regained her freedom on August 28 with strict conditions tied to her release.
Kelley was ordered not to "consume any alcohol or narcotic drug or other controlled substance unless prescribed by a licensed medical practitioner." She was also told to participate in an "inpatient or medical, behavior, psychological, or psychiatric treatment" and given a social media gag order.
The Actor's Former Partner Broke The Terms Of The Second Protective Order
The second protective order was issued on the day of Kelley's release from jail, ordering her to stay away from Scott and their three children. However, "The Real World: New Orleans" alum was back in trouble with the law for violating these terms.
In a Statement of Probable Cause, Scott accused Kelley of violating the protective order on August 30. He claimed she did so by contacting him through "a friend's phone and attempting to contact her son [Miller] through a friend's son."
The TV personality also filed a summons for Kelley to appear in court on November 7. She responded to these claims with cries of innocence, telling PEOPLE that she had been "compliant with everything legal" and never disparaged or attacked her estranged husband.
The Mother Of Three Entered A Utah Rehabilitation Facility
After Scott accused Kelley of breaking the terms of the protective order, they were scheduled for a hearing in September over the doxxing incident. The Blast shared that Kelley missed the hearing, with Judge Wendy Crossland confirming it was due to her rehabilitation.
The judge explained that Kelley could not attend as she was receiving treatment at a Utah facility. Before entering this facility, the mother of three noted in a September 2 hearing that she would visit a rehab center for her mental health.
Sources confirmed that she checked into a rehabilitation facility but did not stay long, as she checked out two days later. Kelley later defended her exit in a September 9 phone call, claiming she would enter another rehabilitation center in Utah by November.
Scott Wolf Wins Fans' Hearts By Including Kelley Wolf In Their Son's Birthday Tribute

Kelley's decision to enter rehab seemed to be the driving force in melting Scott's heart as he not only celebrated her 49th birthday but also included her in their son's birthday tribute. The Blast covered the story, reporting that he marked Miller's 13th birthday with a carousel of images.
The pictures captured the boy through the years, including shots of him and Scott and a warm picture of Miller with Kelley. The doting father further proved that he had no bad blood with his estranged wife in the post's caption, using "We" instead of "I" to show their solidarity as co-parents.
The touching gesture touched fans, with many applauding Scott for putting aside his differences with Kelley to celebrate Miller's birthday. Others dubbed him the bigger man, while some raved about him deserving the Father of the Year Award.
