Protector, another very bland new action thriller, this time directed by genre filmmaker Adrian Grunberg. This is scheduled for a theatrical debut in theaters starting in
late February coming up next year. Former war hero Nikki's peaceful life is shattered when her daughter is kidnapped. Thrust into the criminal underworld while hunted by cops and military, she must fight to rescue her child. This is the same exact generic, easy-to-sell plot that so many other action movies have these days. Just rinse & reuse because they don't know how to write anything new.
