Elsewhere in his filing, Tucker raised concerns about the prenuptial agreement he signed, questioning its validity because he claimed he signed it without his lawyers present. The filing noted that Tucker was presented with the legal document "without [Tucker] having counsel, even though [Burruss'] then counsel had communicated previously with [Tucker's team] regarding a potential prenuptial agreement."
