James Gunn Shares Updates On DCU’s Batman Movie Script & Robin Spin-Off
While the DC Universe kicked off with Superman, DC Studios co-CEO James Gunn has assured fans that Batman will be joining the franchise in due time. Though no release date has been set, the Caped Crusader is slated to appear in a team-up film alongside Damian Wayne/Robin in The Brave and The Bold. Notably, this movie and the broader DCU will not share continuity with Matt Reeves' The Batman: Part II, which hits theaters on October 1, 2027.
