Haley Baylee Feels She Exercised 'Sexual Sovereignty' While Describing Her Ex's Manhood Amid Legal Feud

Popular TikToker, Haley Baylee, has hit back at her ex-husband, former NFL star Matt Kalil, after he sued her for commenting on the size of his manhood.

The influencer's lawyer has revealed he will file a motion to dismiss Kalil's lawsuit, arguing that it is "unreasonable" to sue his client for "exercising her sexual sovereignty."

It comes after legal experts stated that Matt Kalil has "zero chance" of winning and his case against Haley Baylee, and that it would either be "dismissed or settled."

Baylee has pushed back against Kalil's lawsuit against her, in which he accused her of invading his privacy by making suggestive comments about the size of his genitalia.

The TikTok personality had once claimed that Kalil's manhood was a factor that led to the end of their marriage, saying it was the size of "two Coke cans."

Now, according to TMZ, Baylee's lawyer, Matthew Bialick, has revealed plans to file a motion to get the former football player's case dismissed.

Bialick believes it is "totally unreasonable" to file a lawsuit on the grounds of making another person liable for "exercising her sexual sovereignty by truthfully describing a sexual experience that left her in tears."

The lawyer also claimed that his client is well within her rights to speak about her ex-husband's genitalia because of her "erotic autonomy."

As Kalil's lawsuit against Baylee continues to make headlines, legal experts have weighed in, noting that the former NFL player's case would not make it to trial, especially due to their status as "public figures."

According to Page Six, Los Angeles-based attorney Gregory Doll said that "the chances of this case ever going to trial are zero," adding that it will "either be dismissed or settled."

Doll, who's a partner at Doll Amir & Eley, seemingly agreed that his invasion of privacy claim against her "meets the elements of the claim," but added that his status as a "public figure" might discredit it, despite his insisting he has since retired from public life.

"There will be First Amendment issues as to Haley's ability to talk about their sex life in public," the legal expert said. "She's hardly the first celebrity to do it, and there's no bright-line rule that says that the subject matter is off limits.

Legal Expert Questions Matt Kalil's 'Motives'

In his filing, Kalil claimed that Baylee unjustly enriched herself as she benefited financially from the viral comment and also got a ton of followers as a result. However, Doll noted that it was up to a judge to determine if she was "capitalizing on the story monetarily and if he should get some of that money."

Since their split, she has become a popular figure on social media, amassing nearly 10 million followers on Instagram and 16 million on TikTok. Kalil didn't fail to point it out in the lawsuit, claiming that she has over 30 million followers across all platforms, but Doll said his filing "probably doubles or triples that number."

The legal expert went on to comment on the former offensive lineman's "motives," saying, "I get the idea that he was married to a social media influencer with a big audience, that he's remarried now with a young kid, and that he may not want her talking about his anatomy publicly."

"But the normal step – if protecting privacy were your primary concern – would be to send a cease-and-desist letter," he added. "Then, only if she continued talking about the topic after receiving the letter, would you consider filing a lawsuit."

Kalil's lawsuit didn't mention whether a cease-and-desist order was sent to Baylee.

Kalil and Baylee got married in July 2015 but went their separate ways in 2022 after she filed for divorce, citing "irreconcilable differences." He has since remarried his wife, Keilani Asmus, and together they welcomed their child in April 2024.

The legal standoff between the exes is a result of Baylee's November 2025 interview with Twitch streamer Malon, where she shared that the size of Kalil's private part made their sex life impossible and was the "biggest factor" in their divorce.

"We were trying to do the damn thing and [putting in work in their marriage]," the Internet personality shared.

"Dead-ss … for our whole marriage, dead-ss. But I was going to try it all. We tried it all: therapist, doctors. Not even lying … Looked up lipo-type sh-t … That's why it's kinda funny. It's like my life is a comedy, and it kinda writes itself," she continued.

Baylee then said his physical proportion was "like 0.01 percent of the population," and his manhood was like "two Coke cans stacked on top of each other, maybe even a third."

"We've tried, impossible unless you're going to be in tears," she added at the time.

According to TMZ, the former sportsman insists her "degrading and deeply personal comments" subjected him to "unwanted attention and invasive commentary from the public." He added that his wife was also affected by the incident as she got "disturbing" and "alarming" messages following her viral comments.

Reacting to the development, Baylee said that she was "shocked and incredibly hurt upon receiving the news of this filing," and insisted that she didn't cross the line but spoke "highly" of him instead.

"The truth is in the original livestream — which is still live on Marlon's YouTube account, I speak highly of [Kalil] in multiple ways throughout that conversation," she told Page Six.

"Litigation is a harrowing and emotionally draining experience, and I am heartbroken that he is choosing to subject us and our families to this ordeal," the 33-year-old model continued.

Baylee then shared moments from the interview where she made nice comments about him, calling him a "really good guy" and the "greatest guy in the world."
