Channeling her signature see-through finish as she rocked the celebrity-adored "naked dress" trend, Florence highlighted her curves on the red carpet, and she likely didn't expect to wind up with shaming remarks. Florence, who famously flashed her bare chest beneath a sheer gown at the 2022 Valentino Haute Couture Show, was told by one hater that her assets weren't large enough, although this star has plenty of self-confidence — she can handle the trolls.

Going belted at the waist while wearing luxury designer Christian Dior, Florence stunned in a peasant-style, long dress with lacy accents, frill-accented short sleeves, and a shirt feel up top. Braving a low neckline while wearing a black bralette, the Oppenheimer star wore black underpants with a boy-shorts finish beneath a sheer, polka-dotted skirt, flashing her shapely legs as she wore heels.

Keeping safe with undies beneath her dress, Florence made a case for the sheer trend and the spot-print one. The A-lister wore her hair in a bob with beachy waves, completing her look with plenty of warming makeup. Adding bracelets and small earrings, Florence went low-key on the accessories, making instant headlines for her look.

When a photo of Florence was reposted on X earlier this month, fans rushed to comment. "Absolutely," one fan said. Another, however, bluntly replied: "No." A third shamed the actress for not having the biggest curves in Hollywood, saying that her chest could be "slightly bigger."

Addressing her Instagram followers in the wake of her sheer pink Valentino dress, Florence Pugh clapped back at the haters, writing:

“Listen, I knew when I wore that incredible Valentino dress that there was no way there wouldn’t be a commentary on it. Whether it be negative or positive, we all knew what we were doing,” adding: “I was excited to wear it, not a wink of me was nervous. I wasn’t before, during, or even now after.”
