Billie Eilish continues to speak out against Donald Trump's administration, especially the deployment of ICE agents.

The award-winning singer has been vocal about her distaste for the current government, frequently calling them out for prioritizing their greed rather than the interests of the country and its citizens.

Following the tragic death of Renee Nicole Good at the hands of an ICE agent, Billie Eilish was one of the many celebrities who slammed Donald Trump for empowering the controversial organization. She recently doubled down on her stance against injustice.

On Saturday, January 17, Eilish attended the 2026 MLK Jr. Beloved Community Awards hosted by the King Center. The event occurred at the Hyatt Regency in downtown Atlanta, where the "Bad Guy" hitmaker won the Environmental Justice Award.

Eilish was honored for her environmental and humanitarian efforts, including donating $11.5 million to climate change, carbon pollution, and food equity groups. She proved she was deserving of the award when she took the stage, using the opportunity to slam Trump and ICE.

Hollywood Reporter shared that Eilish poured out her grievances from a tiny piece of paper, noting that it was weird to be celebrated for environmental justice in a time of hardships. "We're seeing our neighbors being kidnapped, peaceful protesters being assaulted and murdered," she said, referencing Good's death.

Although Eilish did not mention Trump or ICE by name, her words were directed to both parties. She stressed that citizens were being stripped of their civil rights and losing the resources to battle climate change because the government prioritized fossil fuels.

"People's access to food and healthcare is becoming a privilege for the wealthy instead of a new basic human right for all Americans. It is very clear that protecting our planet and our communities is not a priority for this administration," Eilish argued.

The nine-time Grammy Award winner noted that it was difficult to celebrate the honor when Americans could no longer feel safe in their homes or in the streets. "I have this platform, and I think it's my responsibility to use it, so I feel like I'm just doing what anyone in my position should be doing," Eilish added.

Days before receiving the Environmental Justice Award, Euro News reported that Eilish had been among the celebrities who were outraged by Good's death. She had vented her anger at ICE on her Instagram Stories, dropping scathing comments about the organization.

In one post, Eilish condemned ICE as "a federally funded and supported terrorist group under the Department of Homeland Security." She argued that nothing about the organization was aimed at making the streets safer, calling them out for Good's murder.

The Department of Homeland Security responded to Eilish's criticisms, with assistant secretary Tricia McLaughlin accusing her of fueling the resentment against ICE agents. McLaughlin alleged that the agent who shot Good had acted in self-defense because she tried to run him over with her car.

McLaughlin doubled down on Eilish being in the wrong, claiming it was the "garbage rhetoric" from people like her that caused "a 1,300 per cent increase in assaults and 3,200 per cent increase in vehicle rammings against" ICE agents.

The Department of Homeland Security could hate Eilish for speaking out against their ICE agents all they want, but that has never stopped her from speaking out. At 18, Eilish knew the type of government she wanted to lead her country, and it wasn't a Trump administration.

According to Variety, Eilish gave an anti-Trump speech in 2020 when she performed at the Democratic National Convention. She implored voters to support Joe Biden, arguing that Trump was not someone who would fight against systemic racism and inequality.

Trump and ICE weren't the only ones on Eilish's criticism list, as she had no love for billionaires who amassed wealth instead of helping others. The Blast reported in November 2025 that the entertainer had clashed with Elon Musk.

The drama began over Musk's possible status as the world's first trillionaire if he fulfilled the conditions of a Tesla pay package. Eilish reposted the list of charitable things the billionaire could do with his wealth, including ending world hunger.

Eilish accompanied the list with the biting remark "F-cking pathetic p-ssy b-tch coward," implying Musk would never use his wealth to help others. The tech billionaire responded to the diss on X, declaring the singer wasn't "the sharpest tool in the shed."
