Zachery Ty Bryan's Fiancée Back In Jail 2 Weeks After Her Release

The drama between Zachery Ty Bryan and his fiancée continues, with another arrest!
The "Home Improvement" alum is no stranger to being on the wrong side of the law, given his extensive rap sheet. However, his current partner, Johnnie Faye Cartwright, seems to have the law-breaking bug just as bad.
The couple was both arrested on November 29, with Zachery Ty Bryan's fiancée facing multiple charges. Now, she's back in police custody for failing to adhere to the terms of her pretrial release.
Zachery Ty Bryan's Fiancée Arrested For Violating The Terms Of Her Release

According to new reports, Bryan's fiancée, Cartwright, has been detained by authorities days after a warrant was issued for her arrest on December 12. She allegedly violated the terms of her pretrial release, conditions that were linked to her first arrest on November 29.
Cartwright's pretrial release terms stated that she must use an alcohol monitor, and she was not allowed to be in contact with Bryan. Most importantly, she was meant to reside at an "approved alternate address;" however, she allegedly broke that rule.
The US Weekly reported that an affidavit filed on December 10 revealed that Cartwright had "failed to reside at the approved alternate address" she was released to and confessed to breaking the rule. She allegedly told a pretrial release office that she had stayed at an unapproved address.

Two days after the affidavit filing, a warrant for Cartwright's arrest was issued, leading to her return to police custody. The outlet reported that she recently implored the court to modify the pretrial release agreement, which was created in Eugene, Oregon, on December 3.
However, Cartwright's request was denied, meaning the original terms of the pretrial release agreement would be upheld until further notice. She is scheduled to return to court for another hearing on Thursday, December 18.
The former child actor and Cartwright announced their engagement in November 2021, months before growing their family. They share three children: a daughter born in April 2022 and twins born in May 2023.

Cartwright's legal drama began on November 29 when she was arrested and booked on multiple charges. The Blast covered the story, reporting that she and Bryan were detained at the Big Fall Creek area in Oregon.
An official statement from the Lane County Sheriff's Office revealed authorities had responded to reports of reckless endangerment at the popular camping spot and learned what happened after questioning witnesses at the scene.
Bryan and Cartwright had been driving in their pickup truck with their three children when the media personality got out for undisclosed reasons and started walking. Then his fiancée hopped into the driver's seat and tried to run him over with the vehicle.

Fortunately, Cartwright's dangerous plan failed as Bryan was able to get out of the way in time while the pickup truck crashed into the ditch. No one was hurt, including the three children in the backseat who were sadly dragged into their parents' ordeal.
According to the police report, responding officers noticed that Bryan and Cartwright were impaired, with further investigation revealing the TV personality was not meant to be in contact with his fiancée. On that note, Bryan was arrested on probation violation linked to a domestic violence case.
On the other hand, Cartwright was booked for attempted assault in the first degree, three counts of recklessly endangering, and DUI. The case came weeks after the court granted Bryan's then-girlfriend a five-year restraining order following a domestic violence incident.
Inside Zachery Ty Bryan's Troubles With The Law

Before the 2025 incident with his fiancée, Bryan had repeatedly gotten into trouble with the law for domestic violence. In 2021, he pleaded guilty to menacing and assault in the fourth degree after allegedly strangling his then-girlfriend.
A similar incident occurred in July 2023 when he was arrested for domestic violence. A year later, he was arrested on DUI charges before another domestic violence arrest to his rap sheet in January 2025, when he was busted for attacking a woman.
The Blast shared that a woman accused him of punching her face repeatedly and threatening to kill her on January 1 in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. She alleged he choked her by wrapping his arm around her neck, with responding officers noting her injuries matched her claims.
Will Zachery Ty Bryan and his fiancée keep getting into trouble with the law?
