Gwyneth Paltrow and Timothée Chalamet's on-screen chemistry in Marty Supreme was quite palpable, but for the actress, there was a lingering worry about one aspect of the film.

During a Q&A session for the comedy-drama in Santa Monica, the 53-year-old Hollywood veteran revealed that she had concerns about their sex scenes, particularly because she felt her co-star might find it "really weird" due to their more than two-decade age gap.

"He was 27 or 28, and I was 50-whatever, and, I mean, it's weird," Paltrow revealed at the session, per the Daily Mail. "And I [thought], 'Oh, if it's weird for me, then it's going to probably be really weird for [him].'"

Ultimately, it all turned out fine for the duo, despite Paltrow's added reservations about doing something like that again after so much time.

"But actually, it was fine. It wasn't that weird," Paltrow continued. "It was a lot of sex scenes... and I was sort of worried about it too, just having not done all that kind of thing in so long, but it was very comfortable, and it was fine."

Previously, the actress revealed that her son was mortified by her sex scenes with Chalamet.

She was asked by Seth Meyers on his show, NBC's Late Night with Seth Meyers, about how her 19-year-old son, Moses, handled the scene, to which she replied, "Not great."

Paltrow then dramatized his reaction, crouching and putting her hands over her eyes, before adding that he was like that "the entire time" and "he is not into that."

On the other hand, her daughter, Apple, likely did not have the same reaction, as Paltrow has previously revealed that the 21-year-old thought her mother was "badass" for kissing her co-star.

"My daughter thought it was very bad-a-s," the actress said, referencing an intimate scene shot in New York's Central Park for the film.

Last month, Paltrow heaped praise on Chalamet's performance in the movie when she appeared alongside Jacob Elordi on Variety's Actors on Actors.

She admitted that she was initially unfamiliar with his work, but he ultimately blew her away with his performance.

"It was great," the Oscar-winning actress said about starring with Chalamet. "I wasn't so familiar with his work either. So, I did a little bit of a deep dive… And in this movie, he absolutely blew me away."

She added about her co-star, "He's very committed, you said—that's really the right word. Like it's always inspiring to work with anybody who takes it that seriously and who loves it that much. You know, 'cause then I'm like, 'Oh yeah, I used to really love it like that.'"
