Which East Coast Housewife Was Reportedly Tapped For Season 20 Of 'The Real Housewives Of Orange County'?

Vicki Gunvalson might not be the only OG appearing on season 20 of "The Real Housewives of Orange County." According to new reports, Jacqueline Laurita, a "Real Housewives of New Jersey" alum, was approached to appear on the upcoming season. Laurita appeared on several seasons of the Jersey-based iteration of the popular reality TV franchise. Years after her move from the Garden State to Las Vegas, Laurita and her family relocated to Orange County, California. In addition to her proximity to the show, producers reportedly want her to appear on the series because of her established connections with the other women.
Jacqueline Laurita Could Be The Next Alum To Return To The 'Real Housewives' Franchise

According to Page Six, Laurita, 55, has been approached to appear on earlier seasons of "RHOC" as a guest. Now that she's moved closer to current cast member Jennifer Pedranti, however, producers have shown more interest in securing the Bravo vet. A source told the publication that Laurita is weighing her options regarding the series and that, if she returns, it could be in a full-time role. One factor that could keep Laurita away from the franchise, though, is the salary.
Would Jacqueline Laurita Be A Good Fit For 'Real Housewives Of Orange County'?
In addition to her budding friendship with Pedranti, who joined the show in season 17, Laurita reportedly has a close relationship with fellow cast members Gretchen Rossi and her fiancé, Slade Smiley, as well as Tamra Judge.
Laurita, of course, is no stranger to the world of reality TV, as she appeared on "RHONJ" for seven consecutive seasons before departing in 2017.
Throughout her run on the show, Laurita feuded with Jersey mainstay Teresa Giudice, her sister-in-law Melissa Gorga, and enemy Danielle Staub.
The show also highlighted Laurita's intense family dynamics, including clashes with her sisters-in-law, Dina and Caroline Manzo, and a rocky relationship with her eldest daughter, Ashlee Holmes.
Jacqueline Laurita Shows Off Her New Life In The OC

Since relocating to the West Coast, Laurita seems to be living her best life. In an October 2025 Instagram post, the TV personality shared a series of snaps showing what she's been up to. "I'm really the worst at taking pictures when I'm out and about," she captioned the post.
Laurita noted that she was grateful to the ones around her who had been keeping track of the many changes. "If it weren't for my friends taking pictures, I'd never have any memories to look back on. There are so many other moments I don't have pictures of that I'm kind of bummed about it, but I really just try to stay in the moment to enjoy and appreciate it. I'm grateful for the life I have and the people in it, new and old," she added.

After Laurita departed the series following season 7, fans hoped to see the mother of three back on their TV screens. However, Laurita confirmed in a 2017 post on X (formerly Twitter) that she turned down the opportunity to return for financial reasons.
In her post, she replied to a fan, saying the production company allegedly wanted her to return in a guest role, but she told them she'd only come back if her role were confirmed to be full-time. "More $," she added.
Laurita Is Friends With Giudice Again

When she left the series in 2016, she departed on terrible terms with Giudice. Years later, though, the pair reconnected in Las Vegas and have since been thriving. In a previous interview, Laurita slammed the suggestions that Giudice was only using her to get back at her brother, Joe Gorga.
"We are enjoying ourselves," she said. "To the people that are genuinely concerned that Teresa is using me and/or that she'll hurt me again, I appreciate your concern but please stop worrying!"
"There is nothing Teresa is asking of me," she added. "We are just having fun reconnecting. Stop overanalyzing our friendship! It's all good! We are good! Everybody relax!"
There's still time left before production on season 20 of "The Real Housewives of Orange County" amps up. But if it's confirmed that Laurita will make her grand return to the Bravo network, The Blast will certainly be covering it!
