Chalamet responded by liking the post and leaving several orange heart emojis in the comments. 

The exchange marked the first time they publicly commented on each other’s social media accounts. Until then, they had only exchanged discreet likes.

Stanton said this escalation fits the broader pattern. “They’ve made a decision to escalate the level of affection they show in public rather than keeping it under wraps,” he said, adding that it reinforces the seriousness of the relationship.

Timothée Chalamet’s PDA Followed Months Of Breakup Rumors

The timing of the couple’s affection stood out because it followed months of breakup speculation. 

In November, an insider told the Daily Mail that Chalamet had ended things. 

“They cool down, and they heat up,” the source said. “Before the premiere, they were in the cool-down cycle.”
