The footballer comes in hot with claims that his estranged wife, Keeta Vaccaro, wants to mend fences as divorce proceedings between them continue to advance.
Tyreek Hill and Keeta Vaccaro headed for splitsville when the latter filed a divorce petition on April 8, 2025, one day after law enforcement officials responded to their home following a domestic dispute report.

The NFL star filed a new set of court documents where he claimed his estranged wife is trying to establish ties with him during visitation hours involving his daughter. He urged the judge to make an order that his grandmother replace Vaccaro as the supervisor while he shared time with their child.
Hill recalled an instance where Vaccaro expressed her desire to reconcile with him and proceeded to request for additional money from him. The document claimed that his ex's unending efforts to catch up on trending topics while he is at home to spend time with his daughter often put him in a very uncomfortable position.
Hill added that such mundane discussions interfere with the quality time he ought to spend with their daughter. The athlete admitted that Vaccaro's decision to amend her petition, in which she exaggerated claims about Hill, gave him hope that she had changed. According to TMZ, Hill declared:
"However, the wife has steadfastly opposed relinquishing her role as the person present for her husband's timesharing."

Vaccaro's reps have now broken their silence on the matter, establishing that his claims in the latest filing were very untrue. Her team reiterated that Vaccaro has no intention to reconcile with Hill, especially after all the allegations leveled against him.
"Ms. Vaccaro has no desire to reconcile with Mr. Hill, a man whom she has alleged in eight separate tort counts has caused her physical and emotional injury in an effort to coerce her to sign a blatantly unfair post-nuptial agreement without the benefit of counsel," her reps added.
Vaccaro's team continued that throughout the trial, she has worked hard to maintain a very cordial relationship with him due to his status as the father of her child, and also to ensure she is safe. Her reps added that Vaccaro is awaiting a court ruling over her motion to receive temporary spousal and child support from the athlete.
"Ultimately, a jury will be empaneled and will determine the monetary damages to which Ms. Vaccaro is entitled as a result of Mr. Hill's violent acts," the reps concluded as a hearing on the case gets scheduled for next month.

The football player's split from his wife ends up on the list of one of the most expensive divorces yet in NFL history, as he was ordered back in August to pay between $20,000 $50,000 monthly to his ex in a "status quo" support.
As shared by The Blast, the athlete's ex also got a $500,000 cheque in the summer last year and received another $100,000 to purchase a new car. That is not all, Vaccaro also got a whopping $457,517 payment to sort out her legal expenses.
Vaccaro also earned exclusive use of their $5.5 million Miami waterfront home while Hill continues to sort the accompanying bills, including mortgage, insurance, and the internet.
Judge Spencer Multack informed the athlete that these huge payments had absolutely nothing to do with the final settlement of his divorce, which may cost him millions of dollars.

She claimed that he was very violent towards her, threw her on the floor, twisted her intimate body parts, ripped her hair out, and proceeded to grab things on her body. Vaccaro recalled the abuse advancing into February 2024 when he threw a marijuana cigarette in her face and threw her out of his house.
She noted that the footballer accused her on eight different occasions, including when she was carrying their daughter, an act she claimed went against every ethos of human decency.

Hill also broke his silence after the allegations became public, explaining that he was just focused on the season and the well-being of his children. Fans instantly slammed Hartung's commentary on the issue, claiming that Amazon Prime has cultivated the habit of humiliating Black athletes.
Other fans condemned the timing of the comments, emphasizing that it had nothing to do with the game, especially as he is yet to be found guilty on those claims. More social media spectators wondered why so much outrage trailed the reporter's comments.
