Kourtney, 46, has always been the Kardashian sister to go against the grain, even when it comes to navigating the world's beauty standards.

On a recent episode of her family's Hulu series, the reality star confessed that she would "never" get Botox again before revealing it had been years since she was last jabbed with a needle.

The reason for abstaining from the popular hack is not what some may think. According to Kourtney, staying away from the tool helps "keep my third eye open."

The third eye is not a real eye, but rather a spiritual metaphor for discernment and, as Kourtney put it, her "intuition."

In 2021, Kourtney made headlines after an Instagram user appeared to troll her by claiming she had undergone extensive cosmetic surgery to achieve a new look.

According to Page Six, the user stated that Kourtney received Botox, a nose job, and "some sort of butt shot or bbl just to start."

Kourtney clapped back at the claims in a social media post of her own, seemingly denying the allegations.

"No better compliment than a too good to be real kind of compliment," she wrote online. "Butt shot and Brazilian butt lift, um, thanks. And were just getting started."

Kim Kardashian Previously Denied Claims That She Got Extensive Work Done

Kourtney is not the only Kardashian who has spoken candidly about cosmetic and elective surgeries.

The Blast previously reported on Kim's 2022 statements, in which she denied having serious work done on her body.

"I never had my nose done," she said. "Everyone thought I did, and I said wait until I have kids because your real features come out."

Continuing, the SKIMS founder explained that she even keeps her glam looks at a minimum.

"I’ve never had eyelash extensions. I’ve never done anything. I have a drop of mascara on today. I’ve never filled my cheeks. I’ve never filled my lips," she said.

Despite her admission, Kim said she cares more about her looks than the average person. She later revealed that her busy schedule makes it difficult for her to always look her best.

"It’s not easy when you’re a mom and you’re exhausted at the end of the day or you’re in school and I’m all of the above. I do my beauty treatments usually late at night. After everyone’s in bed, I’m doing laser treatments," she said.

Speaking of elective surgeries, NBA champion Paul Pierce recently voiced his frustration with Kim on an episode of his podcast.

Speaking with his co-host, Pierce, 48, blamed Kim for the "way our girls are" today, stating that she has caused women to have unrealistic expectations regarding their bodies.

"I blame Kim Kardashian for the women we see today," Pierce said. "What we glorify on TV when we see these beautiful women with big old sexy lips and these big old eyelashes and eyebrows and butt and lips banging out the window."

He did not stop there. Pierce added, "Like, d-mn, everybody wants the straight black hair and the lips and the curvy booty and the eyelashes, and everybody’s cutting their noses up and chin up and cheeks up," he said.

Why This Rapper Apologized To Kim

According to The Blast, The Game—a rapper known for the songs "How We Do" and "Dreams"—recently spoke with NFL star Shannon Sharpe about his alleged sexual relationship with Kim in the early aughts. He caused chaos in 2019 when he included lyrics about Kim in one of his songs.

In the track, the performer claimed that he "held Kim Kardashian by her throat" and later rapped that he made her "swallow my kids until she choke."

On Sharpe's podcast, "Club Shay Shay," The Game retracted his statements after being pressed by the Super Bowl champion about the appropriateness of his comments and apologized to Kim, citing his relationship with her ex-husband, Kanye West.

"Kim, I’m apologetic for the way that I displayed or discussed our interrelations with the public," he said.
