On December 8, the “Espresso” singer appeared as a guest on “Late Night With Seth Meyers.” During her appearance, she admitted that while the entire shoot for her “Manchild” music video only took three days, that was the longest that she had ever spent filming a music video.
"Well, so it took two at first," she explained on the show. "And then I watched the edit, and I was like, 'It's not crazy enough yet,' and it was already pretty crazy. So we went back and shot a third day."

Although she shot the music video on a movie ranch in Santa Clarita, California, to pick up the desert aesthetic, she admitted that she was in a lot of “pain” due to a mishap with a cactus that occurred while they were filming.
"I fell on a cactus,” she said, as per PEOPLE magazine. “It's so easy to laugh when people get hurt, and I did, but then I started crying. I just for the rest of the day was picking [bleep] out of..."

She later confessed that the shoot was “ambitious” and that she actually wore 37 different outfits over the course of the video. Due to the complicated nature of filming, she admitted that she “couldn’t believe it came to life.”
"I'm so grateful to be able to make that production of my dreams, but it was definitely like we endured a lot of pain to get the finished product, so please watch it,” she added. “Please watch it."
Praised For Her ‘Great Lower Unit’
In the comment section of the article, one fan praised her “great lower unit,” writing, “She’s got a great lower unit, but I’m not crazy about the rest of her!” The comments on the YouTube video, however, were much more positive as fans praised the direction she took with this video.
“You can’t argue with me, that was one of her best music videos yet. The chaotic atmosphere was incredible and so trailer-like,” one fan commented. “There are shots that last half a second with more creativity to them than entire music videos. Would love to see the behind-the-scenes of this,” another follower wrote.
“Studio: So, for the MV, what do you want? Explosions? Campy? Weird? Western? Horror? Comedy? Drama? Sci-Fi? Sabrina: Yes,” a third fan joked. To see more of Sabrina Carpenter and get the latest celebrity news, follow The Blast on Facebook!
