The famous couple took their final breaths on Sunday, December 14, allegedly dying at the hands of their troubled son, Nick Reiner. The double homicide case left many in the entertainment industry heartbroken with loss, given the deceased's illustrious career.

The death certificates for the late couple agreed with this narrative, confirming that their injuries were caused by a knife used by a third party. The documents obtained by TMZ also noted that Rob and Michele have since been cremated at Mount Sinai Mortuary.

The Blast reported that insiders alleged Rob's daughter, Romy, had lived in fear of her older brother for years. They claimed that even before Nick's drug addiction became a problem, the youngest of the Reiner children was terrified of his impromptu outbursts.

“It feels like Romy has been scared of Nick since she was a child,” one insider shared. They explained that she desperately tried to avoid her brother as much as possible and allegedly did not feel safe with him living across the street from her.
