Paramount Signs Jon M. Chu To First-Look Deal After Wicked Success
Despite the success of Wicked and Wicked: For Good at Universal and his first-look deal with Warner Bros., Jon M. Chu has signed a massive new deal with Paramount. Chu directed both parts of the Broadway musical adaptation, with each installment proving to be enormous box office hits. The first movie grossed $756 million worldwide, while For Good has made $401 million in its first two weeks in theaters.
