Jennifer Lopez 'Covers Up' Her Ben Affleck Tattoo In Latest Act To Move On From Him After Divorce

Jennifer Lopez has reportedly altered her Ben Affleck tribute tattoo, replacing his name with a hummingbird symbolizing renewal.
The original 2023 infinity design marked their rekindled romance, but Lopez eventually filed for divorce from the actor in 2024 after rumors of marital strain.
Also, despite a recent warm red-carpet reunion, sources claim Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck remain strictly friendly and have no intention of ever getting back together.
Jennifer Lopez Transforms Her Ben Affleck Tribute Tattoo

An anonymous tip sent to DeuxMoi on Wednesday has reignited speculation that Lopez has quietly "covered up" the matching tattoo she once dedicated to Ben Affleck.
According to the insider, Lopez didn't remove the ink entirely but chose to transform it, covering Affleck's name with a delicate hummingbird design sometime around July or August, though fans can't pinpoint the exact moment the change happened.
The singer originally unveiled the tattoo back on Valentine's Day 2023: an infinity symbol pierced by a Cupid-style arrow, with "Jennifer" and "Ben" written in cursive along the curve.
It was intended as a permanent tribute to their rekindled love story after the pair reunited in 2021 and married the following year, after famously calling off their engagement 17 years earlier.
Affleck marked the occasion with his own matching tribute: two crossed arrows stamped with their initials, "J" and "B."
Jennifer Lopez's Post-Divorce Tattoo Update Sparks Renewed Buzz Among Fans

Despite Lopez and Affleck's romantic comeback after a previous breakup, the actress, 56, filed for divorce in August 2024, on what should have been their second anniversary, and the split was finalized in January. However, the pair has yet to sell the $52 million Beverly Hills mansion they once shared.
Fans first suspected the tattoo had disappeared when Lopez stepped onto the red carpet for the premiere of "Unstoppable" last year.
Her gown revealed her ribs, and the ink seemed either missing or heavily concealed with makeup.

Now, the DeuxMoi claim (via the Daily Mail) suggests the original infinity design remains, only with Affleck's name replaced by a hummingbird, a symbol commonly associated with renewal, resilience, and moving forward.
A brief glimpse of the altered tattoo seemed to surface again in a recent TikTok promoting her Las Vegas residency.
While performing in a bikini top, her shirt lifted just enough to expose the area, though poor lighting made the new artwork difficult to make out.

The tattoo news comes on the heels of Lopez and Affleck's unexpected, but surprisingly warm reunion at the New York City premiere of "Kiss of the Spider" Woman in October.
Lopez stars in the musical adaptation, while Affleck served as one of its producers. Despite their divorce, the two navigated the moment with ease.
The "Gone Girl" star even waved her over for a photo on the red carpet, greeting her with a relaxed "darling" before posing with her for cameras.
Insiders Slam Rumors Of A 'Romantic Reunion' Between Ben Affleck And Jennifer Lopez

A source later told People Magazine that the former couple are in a "good place" and continue to support one another, but insisted there's no "romantic reunion with Ben" time around.
"Jennifer's doing well," the insider said. "She's focused on things that make her happy — family and work."
The source added that Lopez has always enjoyed collaborating with Affleck professionally, and that hasn't changed, but emphasized once more: "There's no romantic reunion with Ben."
"They're both proud of what they accomplished together," the insider added.
Jennifer Lopez's $10M Jewelry Deal Raises Eyebrows: 'That's Low For Her,' Source Says

Meanwhile, Lopez, who has famously collected six engagement rings over the course of her life, is channeling that experience into her latest venture as the new face of Turkish jewelry brand Zen Diamond.
She starred in their Black Friday campaign wearing an off-the-shoulder white gown and a gleaming ring, taking on the role of global ambassador.
According to a source who spoke to Page Six, the superstar is reportedly earning $10 million for the campaign. Surprisingly, the insider noted that the figure is considered modest compared to the massive endorsement deals Lopez once commanded.
"She used to close much bigger deals. She used to get paid easily, like $20, $30, even $50 million for endorsements," the source claimed. "That's why I was shocked. That's low for J. Lo."
The insider went on to speculate that Lopez's motivation isn't financial.
"She wants to stay in the news. She's chasing her youth. She's not one of those people who is desperate for money," the source shared. "I think J. Lo is in a phase where she's doing anything to stay relevant."
