Although Aniston doesn't always feel like hitting the gym, Coleman is dedicated to helping "The Morning Show" actress maintain her size two figure and created a workout plan called Worth It Everytime because even though a person is not excited about exercising, they'll be glad they worked out after every session.
Their relationship seemingly goes beyond just the gym and workout sessions, as they've been friends since 2020 when the actress first warmed her heart.
"We have been working together weekly for almost five years, and we continue to have fun and unlock new levels of strength together," Coleman said. Coleman shared that Aniston impressed her right off the bat as she also revealed some of the workout regimen they undertake.
"I'll never forget our first session - we did a full-body workout using our p.band, p.ball, and gliders. At PVOLVE, no two workouts are ever the same, and I love programming her workouts, providing the playlist, and finding new ways to challenge her," she said.
"Jen and I train utilizing our Signature formats: Strength & Sculpt, Sculpt & Burn, and Progressive Weight Training," the trainer continued, adding that they do "full body workouts" and a mix of "heavy dumbbells" amongst other regimens, with a focus on building lean body mass.
Coleman explained that their workouts are filled with "hard work" and aren't complete without "a good playlist," and "a few intermissions to play with the pups!"
Speaking on how the program still helps when she and Aniston find it hard to hit the gym, she said, "That's actually part of what makes the campaign so relatable.
