Jenelle Evans Details Extensive Mommy Makeover Transformation Before 34th Birthday
"Teen Mom" star Jenelle Evans has a lot to be happy about this holiday season, including her epic new mommy makeover from renowned Las Vegas plastic surgeon Dr. Rachel Mason. After spending more than a decade in the public eye, Evans decided now was the perfect time to invest in herself and rebuild her confidence before the new year.

Evans' new look comes just before the reality star's 34th birthday and after a major personal wellness journey, during which the mother of three stuck to an intense workout routine and maintained a low-fat, low-carb diet.
The procedure, which took place at La Femme Plastic Surgery in Las Vegas, included removing the MTV veteran's old breast implants and replacing them with Mentor Memory gel boost 400cc silicone implants.
Evans' upper transformation was paired with a full abdominoplasty, or tummy tuck, to address the "16 & Pregnant" star's diastasis recti, a common separation of the abdominal muscles after pregnancy.
The mommy makeover also saw the removal of nearly five pounds of excess skin, providing the outspoken TV personality with a "more sculpted and contoured waistline."

Regarding the procedure, Evans explained that she opted for the surgery after spending years on television and navigating negative comments from the public about her body. "I’ve been in the public eye since I was 16, and my body has been judged and picked apart for as long as I can remember," she said.
Evans shared that after having her three children, Jace, Kaiser, and Ensley, she felt the time to invest in her body was now. "Now that I’m done having kids, it finally felt like the right time to do something just for me. I found Dr. Mason after seeing her beautiful, natural results and hearing amazing things from friends I trust," she said.

Another reason Evans entrusted Dr. Mason with her transformation was to help inspire other moms who noticed that their bodies changed after pregnancy. "Like so many moms, I dealt with diastasis recti, where your ab muscles separate after pregnancy, and it’s honestly so frustrating because no matter how hard you work out or how healthy you eat, it doesn’t fix it," she said.
"I want other women to know they’re not broken, they’re not doing anything wrong, and there is a solution," she added, sharing that her mommy makeover has instilled a new level of confidence in her. "I’m still healing but I already feel so incredible. I feel confident again and for the first time in a long time, I truly love my body."
What Did Dr. Mason Have To Say About Evans' Recent Makeover?
Dr. Mason, a board-certified female plastic surgeon, also spoke about Evans' recent procedure, calling her a typical patient. "She’s a mother who puts in a lot of work on her own. Surgery just allowed us to fix what diet and exercise can’t after pregnancy," she said.
"When you pair surgery with a healthy lifestyle, the results are incredibly rewarding, both physically and emotionally," Dr. Mason added.
In a previous interview, Dr. Mason also explained why there is a 36% increase in patients scheduling surgeries during this time of year, noting that the cooler weather makes recovery much more comfortable than in hotter months.
She also noted that some patients find the winter months to be more optimal due to the upcoming reset. "This way, people can have a fresh start with the new year. They’ve got that fresh confidence, and they just feel more themselves," she said.
