Haley Baylee may walk away from the legal debacle with her ex, Matt Kalil, untouched.

The influencer's estranged partner sued her this month for making some pretty sizable claims about a sensitive body part belonging to him and its role in their divorce.

Haley Baylee and her former NFL player ex, Matt Kalil, tied the knot in 2015 after dating for three years, right after his Minnesota Vikings draft in 2012, but later divorced 7 years later in 2022.

The model may be able to sleep with her two eyes closed on this case because Los Angeles-based lawyer, Gregory Doll, communicated that "The chances of this case ever going to trial are zero. It will either be dismissed or settled."

Doll broke things down further, noting that while Kalil's claim against Baylee might hold water, their status as public figures kind of adds another dynamic to the whole scenario.

On Kalil's invasion of privacy allegations, Doll clarified that "There will be First Amendment issues as to Haley's ability to talk about their sex life in public."  He further affirmed that there is "no bright line rule that says that the subject matter is off limits, neither is Baylee the first celebrity to say such."

Adam Michael Sacks, an attorney based in Beverly Hills, also explained to Page Six that since Kalil is a public figure with or without his retirement, the case will definitely not go far.

Kalil came guns blazing on Tuesday, January 6, with bold claims in his lawsuit about Baylee's utterances and how much they affected him. The former athlete explained in the filing that his estranged wife's degrading and deeply offensive comments opened him up to unwanted attention from the public.

The Blast reported that Kalil moved on with another woman, Keilani Asmus, after his divorce from Baylee and welcomed their son in 2024.

He explained in the lawsuit that Baylee's latest comments deeply affected his family, especially his new wife, who began receiving alarming messages after Baylee's revelations.

He claimed that Baylee made the statement with hopes of monetary gains from how viral it would go at the expense of his family and well-being. Kalil added that Baylee's followership received a surge from her statement and demanded $75,000 in damages.

The model has since responded to her ex's lawsuit, expressing shock at the fact that he took things so far, despite all the kind words she said about him. Baylee stressed that she did not overstep her boundaries in the live stream and urged viewers to explore her narrative by revisiting Marlon Garcia's YouTube.

"The truth is in the original livestream — which is still live on Marlon's YouTube account, I speak highly of [Kalil] in multiple ways throughout that conversation," she wrote.

The model affirmed in the later part of her statement that the path of litigation which her ex is towing "is a harrowing and emotionally draining experience." She added that the issue left her very heartbroken and even worse because he is willing to subject her and their families to this ordeal.

Baylee referred to the interview, stressing that she said sterling things about him over six times during the session. The model had previously expressed to Page Six that the media just decided to focus on that part of a multifaceted interview for clicks.

"It's unfortunate that only one fragment is being amplified, because it doesn't capture the full story of how meaningful things were to me. I hope our hour-and-a-half-long conversation reflects more than a funny soundbite," she wrote.

Baylee had appeared on Garcia's Twitch live stream with all the tea about her union to the former footballer. As stated by PEOPLE, she revealed that his manhood size was the primary driver behind their divorce in 2022.

The influencer communicated in code to Garcia before ultimately typing it on her phone and doubling down on the questions that followed her intriguing admission. Baylee detailed some drastic steps she took in finding a solution to their predicament, including going to the doctor and a therapist.

She insisted that it was the biggest factor because it got in the way of their intimacy, and she would have to fight her way through the tears and pain if she made any attempt to force intimacy.

Baylee then gave her audience a more vivid description of just how big what she was referring to might be: "He was like two Coke cans on top of each other, maybe even a third."

PEOPLE reported that the model showcased her funny side early last year when she responded to a rumor that she had died. In the first reaction video uploaded to her Instagram, Baylee's voice-over said: "Haley Baylee was found dead. The internet is in total [shambles]."

She paired the reaction video with a Google Earth clip of a neighborhood in what appears to be the original fake news source that announced her death. Baylee followed up with a shot of her looking very confused by the false news of her death.

The 33-year-old followed up with another image of a fake obituary announcing her death and added the cause of death as "maybe foul play, idk yet." She playfully urged her fans to bring gifts to the funeral service, which she would be attending.
