This winter, Guinness is giving holiday traditions a flavorful twist by pairing its iconic pour with handcrafted Last Crumb cookies for what the brand calls the "Most Wonderful Pint of the Year." That's right—the legendary brew brand has teamed up with the fan-favorite bakery for a limited-edition cookie collaboration designed for sharing with loved ones, connecting beer lovers and cookie connoisseurs for the perfect holiday treat.

Guinness and Last Crumb's new collaboration features six cookies: three baked with the hallmark flavor of the iconic brew brand, and three Last Crumb classics crafted to pair perfectly with a pint. A recent press release states that each flavor was chosen to highlight the "iconic stout from rich toffee and nostalgic sticky pudding to playful milkshake, banana cream, peanut butter, and birthday cake."

The first three flavors, Pub Cookie, Twist & Stout, and Not Your Nan's, will remind consumers of the well-known taste of Guinness beer.

Pub Cookie, specifically, is a Guinness Chocolate Chip delight that combines the "roasted flavor of Guinness Draught with buttery toffee and dark chocolate."

Twist & Stout riffs on the Irish pub tradition of adding fruit syrup to a pint for a sweetened twist. The new Guinness and Last Crumb cookie mimics that profile, blending "the flavor of silky-smooth stout with tart, juicy fruit to create pure magic."

Not Your Nan's is a Guinness Sticky Toffee Pudding cookie that "takes notes of nostalgic toffee bliss and classic pudding and pairs it with the depth of Guinness Draught." According to the brands, serving this cookie warm with vanilla ice cream and a drizzle of butterscotch will take the experience to a new level.

The tasty treats don't end there! There are three additional flavors Guinness and Last Crumb lovers get to taste with this special collaboration, including The Barrel Roll, Peanut Butter Guinness Time, and Midnight Snack.

The Barrel Roll, a banana cream pie creation, is a masterpiece built as much on texture as taste. It captures "chaotic ingenuity through velvety layered flavors of banana, white chocolate, and cream — crafted to complement the roasted depth and creamy smoothness of Guinness."

Peanut Butter Guinness Time is a rich, holiday-ready pairing that matches chocolate goodness from Last Crumb with the "gentle nuttiness of Guinness's roasted barley."

Midnight Snack is described as a "soft, buttery, and sweet" birthday cake cookie that allows the stout's "roasted bitterness" to cut through the sugar.

For the limited-edition collaboration, Guinness and Last Crumb are offering consumers a special edition tin featuring memorable characters from classic Guinness advertising—a tribute to the art that turned the company into one of the most popular brands in the world. The holiday collection ($120) is available for purchase now.

"We've always believed the best part of the holidays isn't what's on the table but who's around it," Karissa Downer, Director of Guinness, said. "Partnering with Last Crumb lets us turn that idea into something everyone can share – a pint, a cookie and a holiday celebration that's full of flavor. Together, we've created a new kind of holiday ritual, one that's all about enjoying something special with your friends and family."

How Else Can You Enjoy The Famous Brew Brand This Winter?

Derek Jaeger, Last Crumb founder, also spoke highly of the recent collaboration, calling it "one of the top collabs we've ever worked on."

"Guinness has such a great flavor profile to use as a base for cookies, we immediately knew one flavor would not do the collaboration justice. We set out to create three iconic flavors, using different ingredients that pair exceptionally with Guinness. From dark chocolate, to raspberries, to dates and toffee, we wanted to create an unique experience with each cookie. Every bite can also be accentuated with a cold Guinness, and that is exactly how we recommend the cookies be enjoyed," Jaeger continued.

While the Last Crumb and Guinness partnership is for a limited time, there are still ways to get in on the Guinness fun this winter, including the Guinness Holiday Pop-Up in Las Vegas or at the Open Gate Breweries in Baltimore and Chicago.
