Diddy is not missing a meal behind bars!

The rapper will reportedly have a full-course meal for the New Year celebrations, and the details are mouth-watering, although not compared to the yummy choices he would have had on the outside.

Diddy's latest antics from prison include an appeal from his lawyers that he be released with immediate effect, after another headline-making news of his violating prison rules by consuming alcohol.

The rapper's lunch as he prepares to usher in 2026 will reportedly consist of heavy proteins, including hamburgers with lettuce, tomatoes, and onions. He will get to take this with fries or a baked potato and a black bean burger as a vegetarian option.

According to a prison spokesperson at Fort Dix, dinner on New Year's Eve for the disgraced rapper will include pasta, marinara sauce, and meatballs with a side of garden salad and garlic bread.

On January 1st, 2026, the incarcerated rapper will feast on grilled beef or tofu lo mein and baked fish for breakfast. Delicacies such as steamed broccoli, kidney beans, or a baked potato will accompany these meal options.

Dessert includes a fruit or a holiday dessert, while the rapper will round up the night with a less glamorous sandwich with deli meat and sliced cheese or peanut butter and jelly. Page Six confirmed that Diddy will also get potato chips, whole wheat bread, and fruit with another unnamed dessert at the end of the night.

Diddy's team had another huge ask for the festive season, and this time it was directed at the court to consider reversing the 50-month prison sentence given to the rapper.

In the appeal filed by lead Appellate Alexander Shapiro, Diddy's team claimed Judge Arun Subramanian basically acted as the thirteenth juror in Diddy's criminal trial.

As reported by The Blast, the attorney added that Subramanian had sentenced Diddy based on the allegations of coercion and other acquitted conduct the jury had rejected.

Based on that, Shapiro asked that Subramanian be effectively released to go home to his family, adding that the court "either grant a judgment of acquittal or vacate and remand for resentencing."

Shapiro also claimed that Diddy's rights were violated due to the court's standing that it might admit the more violent charges of sex trafficking and racketeering, although he was acquitted of them.

A representative from Diddy's Bad Boy Entertainment Records clarified that the filing argued that the district court imposed a "record-setting sentence by relying on conduct the jury explicitly rejected, in direct conflict with the 2024 Sentencing Guidelines and core constitutional principles."

The producer had asked that the judge transfer him to FCI Fort Dix in New Jersey after his sentencing so that he could be closer to his family and also address his addiction issues.

However, after the transfer, it became public that he broke some strict prison rules. Diddy reportedly got in a 3-way conference call, made himself a homemade alcohol by fermenting Fanta, sugar, and apples for two weeks.

The rapper denied the allegations and claimed he had been focused on sobriety and self-discipline while behind bars with all seriousness. According to his team:

"We ask the public and the press to give him the benefit of the doubt, the privacy to focus on his personal growth, and the grace to move forward in peace."

In November, Diddy equally enjoyed a three-course meal for his birthday, including a breakfast made up of bran flakes, breakfast cake, or whole wheat bread, plus two jelly packets. The Blast noted that it also came with skim milk, margarine, and sugar-substitute packets.

The rapper also got to enjoy sumptuous lunch options of chicken parmesan or a chickpea burger, fruit or dessert, and a beverage. Diddy's menu also came with a serving of marinara sauce and a side of spinach, paired with a side of garlic or whole wheat bread.

Diddy and his fellow inmates rounded up the night with cheese pizza or navy beans, matched with Italian pasta salad, green beans, and a garden salad with assorted dressings and a beverage.

In October, Diddy took accountability for his wrongdoing in a letter penned to Judge Subramanian, asserting that he had no one to blame but himself. In his words:

"In my life, I have made many mistakes, but I am no longer running from them."

The rapper doubled down on the fact that he made several questionable decisions as he rose to fame in the industry. He admitted that his selfishness caused his fall from grace, and all he has left is his humility and defeat.

"I have been putting in the work and working diligently to become the best version of myself to ensure that I never make the same mistakes again," the singer promised. He also added that he has found healing through therapy, reading, and exercise.

Diddy seems to be fine in the diet department for the festivities.
