A representative from Tisdale's camp broke their silence on the 5th of January, explaining that her touching essay on "The Cut" was not a targeted attack towards any celebrity in particular. Rather, the rep continued that it was meant to intimate the public over her experience with a "toxic mom group."

The rep further came forward for the online detectives who allegedly cracked the code and managed to connect the article to Tisdale's friendship with Mandy Moore, Hilary Duff, and Meghan Trainor, which has died down in the past few months. Tisdale's camp insisted that the allegations that the article was about them were untrue.

The rep also addressed claims that the fallout between Tisdale and the trio was due to her political inclination with the Republicans. As reported by TMZ, the spokesperson clarified that Tisdale is a registered Democrat.

In her personal essay, Tisdale established the fact that things started on a very positive note for the group who were supportive the first time she became a mom during the pandemic. As shared by The Blast, she raved about the group, friendship, and how all moms often shared common dreams.

However, months and numerous friendship dates down the line, Tisdale discovered that the women in her circle had not fully involved her in their itinerary, and it might have been a very intentional decision.

On several instances, the TV star recalled being left in the dark about friendship hangouts, only for her to see pictures on social media. She confessed to often feeling frozen out of the group, noting:

"Another time, at one of the mom's dinner parties, I realized where I sat with her, which was at the end of the table, far from the rest of the women."

Although she tried convincing herself that it was fine for everyone to have a friendship outside of her presence, she still could not shake the eerie feeling of being set aside.

She eventually took the bold step of cutting ties with the group, declaring to them that it was "too high school" for her to deal with it, and the memories reminded her of a hard time. The star stressed that the group dynamics stopped being healthy and positive for her, which was why she dipped.

The 40-year-old recalled that her text spurred a reaction from several members of the group, with some reaching out to foster a reconciliation. As for the rest of the group, the star explained that some of them were not aware of her emotions, while others tendered insincere apologies.

Despite her disappointment, the movie star left the situation with valuable lessons about the need for mothers to lessen their burden by ditching the toxic acquaintances. She emphasized that every woman deserves to experience motherhood surrounded by love and genuinely positive energy. In her words:

"And if you have to wonder if they do, here's the hard-earned lesson I hope you'll take to heart: It's not the right group for you. Even if it looks like they're having the best time on Instagram."

The essay has since sparked thousands of reactions on social media, with some commenters judging the actress for making herself a victim of the situation by posing for a photoshoot and going as far as publishing her article on the situation.

In 2023, The Blast noted that the actress revealed how she kept the effects of her alopecia under control on her wellness blog. According to Tisdale, she recalled discovering a bald spot on her head and further getting an official diagnosis from a dermatologist.

While the hair grew back on the spot, the actress soon discovered that the effects were different when she was in stressful situations. Only activities like yoga, meditation, and other stress management tools could fix that.

She also explored a diet strictly curated to address gut health as part of her strategy. Tisdale concluded that such food options are very supportive of the healing of the gut, which is where proper recovery begins.

The media personality rounded up the episode with additional tips for those dealing with alopecia to try a platelet-rich plasma treatment.
