Ariana Madix & Tom Sandoval's Home Sale Battle Takes A Shocking Turn

Ariana Madix and Tom Sandoval are no longer homeowners!

The media personality and her former boyfriend no longer have to bicker over their shared home as the sale has now reportedly been settled.

Ariana Madix and Tom Sandoval parted ways in 2023 after 10 years together, and their split was trailed by the controversy of the latter cheating on her with his co-star, Rachel Leviss.

The TV and her ex-boyfriend have reportedly entered into a conditional settlement about the home, marking an end to Madix's one-year-old efforts to force a sale of the house.

The home reportedly housed Madix and her former boyfriend before their controversial split, and while it is currently unclear what the settlement terms are, the court document stated that some unspecified terms of the agreement must be satisfied.

If this undisclosed agreement is sorted, the case will officially be dismissed. Madix initiated a lawsuit over the sale of the home after Sandoval's infidelity, for the proceeds to be shared.

As shared by TMZ, Madix and her ex snatched the home for $2 million in 2019, and he made a $3.1 million cash offer to Madix weeks after she took him to court.

Madix had no choice but to explain to fans her reasons for approaching the court to legally force Sandoval to agree to a sale of the home.

As noted by The Blast, the TV host clarified that her actions were far from harassment, as claimed by some fans; it was due to several important reasons. She noted that the mortgage on the home is expensive, and she has lots of financial responsibilities on her neck. 

"I am not rich, I do not have millions of dollars, and I'm also not going to squander my financial future and stability by putting myself in a position to f-ck myself over for the rest of my life because somebody else f-cked up," she continued.

Madix added that she has adjusted her movement within the home, restricting herself to her little room, avoiding contact with Sandoval as much as she can. Despite the two splitting immediately after news of Sandoval's months-long affair with Leviss broke out, the exes still lived together in the shared home.

Reflecting on how it felt cohabitating together with the restaurateur, Madix revealed that he often stayed out late till odd hours, which also had her waiting up till he came in.

The TV star claimed his lifestyle gave her crazy anxiety because his movements became increasingly unpredictable. Since their split, Madix noted that it no longer became her cross to bear.

In her words, she has now stopped thinking about when he is coming in the door to her bedroom because that will never happen anymore. "I sleep a lot easier at night, not giving a f-ck about when he's coming in that door," Madix declared.

The "Love Island" host added that since they still live together, she also keeps her door locked at all times to avoid any drama.

Well, Madix has a backlog of memories from her time on the popular TV show, from her feud with co-stars, to dealing with her cheating partner and the betrayal.

The Blast shared that Madix completely agreed with Bravo's decision to press pause after an explosive 12th season and proceed with a new cast for season 13.

According to her, she no longer wants to return to "Vanderpump Rules," as filming the 12th season and the reunion episode left an emotional toll on her. The star had to come face-to-face with the things her co-stars said behind her back, and that sealed the fate of her final exit.

"If I did go back, I wouldn't have been able to do the job that would make a good show. And so it just wasn't going to make sense; the story didn't make sense," the star admitted.

She continued that she has actually never felt suitable for reality TV and barely feels like herself around cameras following her everywhere.

Ariana Madix Was Sued By Rachel Leviss After Fallout From The Cheating Scandal

2024 was a tumultuous year for the Broadway star as she got dragged into a lawsuit filed by Leviss against her and Sandoval. Leviss claimed Madix and her ex invaded her privacy, intentionally inflicted emotional distress on her, and even involved her in revenge porn.

The lawsuit recalled the headline that trailed her cheating episode with Sandoval and claimed that she was simply "a victim of the predatory and dishonest behavior of an older man, who recorded sexually explicit videos of her without her knowledge or consent."

Leviss accused Madix of proceeding to distribute the content and discuss the issue so publicly in the spirit of revenge. She added that Madix had intentionally obtained videos of her doing sexual acts on Sandoval's phone, insisting that she did not stumble on it as earlier claimed.

She expressed concerns in the filing that Madix may have more explicit content of her with the intent to distribute it and cause her more pain.
