Angelina Jolie Reportedly 'Struggling To Keep Her Lifestyle In L.A.' Amid Costly Legal Feud With Ex-Husband

Angelina Jolie is reportedly leaving Hollywood due to the growing financial struggles she has been facing since her split from her ex-husband, Brad Pitt.
The former couple has been embroiled in a lengthy dispute over their winery, a feud that has allegedly left her finances drained despite the wealth she accumulated from her acting career.
According to reports, Angelina Jolie could move to several locations in Europe, Asia, or Africa, given her past experience visiting these regions for both acting projects and philanthropic work.
The Actress Is 'Struggling' To Maintain Her Los Angeles Lifestyle

Since last year, rumors have swirled about Angelina Jolie leaving Hollywood to start a new life, possibly outside of the United States.
Those rumors further intensified earlier this month amid reports that she had put her $25 million Cecil B. DeMille estate up for sale and had already begun showing the property to potential buyers ahead of a possible move.
Now, sources close to the actress have hinted at the reason behind Jolie's alleged decision, which has come as a surprise to many.
They claim the actress is facing major financial difficulties that have left her "struggling to keep her lifestyle in Los Angeles."
"She's not Taylor Swift-level rich, where money literally flows like champagne," said an insider about Jolie's situation, per Rob Shuter's #ShutterScoop.
"She's not broke, but she's not exactly swimming in cash either," the same source further emphasized about the actress.
Angelina Jolie's Lengthy Legal Battle With Brad Pitt Took A Toll On Her Finances

Given all the major films Angelina Jolie has appeared in over the years, she has amassed considerable wealth.
However, much of that fortune has reportedly taken a heavy toll due to her long-running legal battle with ex-husband Brad Pitt following their split.
"The legal battle with Brad over Miraval has drained her accounts faster than anyone imagined," the insider mentioned.
At the center of the duo's dispute is their Château Miraval winery, which Jolie sold her stake in to Tenute del Mondo, the wine division of the Stoli Group, in 2021.
The Legal Feud Has Cost The Actress A Fortune: 'She Hates It, But The Bills Don't Stop'

Pitt has argued that the asset was sold in an underhanded manner and that he was not given the chance to match the sale price.
"Every hearing, every lawyer, every filing" stemming from their legal feud has cost Jolie a fortune, which a Hollywood attorney familiar with the case described as "throwing money into a bonfire."
The actress has reportedly also had to sell assets to cover these expenses, which appear to have no end in sight.
"We're talking jewelry, artwork, even a vintage Ferrari. She hates it, but the bills don't stop," a former assistant to Jolie added about the situation.
Where Does Angelina Jolie Intend To Move To?

Amid the swirling rumors, Jolie has yet to reveal where she intends to settle if she leaves Hollywood.
For now, it could be anywhere in Europe, Asia, or Africa, as she has previously visited locations in these regions both for film projects and her philanthropic work.
"Cambodia is still close to her heart — Maddox, Tomb Raider, citizenship — it checks all the boxes," a source suggested. "Italy and France are options, too. She loves Europe, and it's easier to maintain her lifestyle there without draining her bank account."
"She's spent time in Myanmar, Sierra Leone, Tanzania, Pakistan, Kenya, Jordan, Syria… It's not just travel, it's her life's work," another insider hinted. "She's comfortable internationally in ways LA can't compete with."
Meanwhile, Jolie's decision to relocate seems to be well accepted among her close friends.
"She's smart, savvy, and yes — worried about her money," a friend told the outlet. "If she can live somewhere beautiful, safe, and make her fortune last? She will."
Angelina Jolie Is Excited About The New Year

A few months before the end of last year, Jolie's award-winning musical The Outsider began its tour following a successful Broadway debut on April 11, 2024.
The tour is expected to wrap up in September after performing in over 30 cities, including several in North America.
This year, fans can also expect major projects like this from Jolie, as she is set to have more time on her hands while preparing her move away from Hollywood.
"She's ready for a life that isn't centered in Los Angeles," an insider told People Magazine about Jolie, who co-produced the musical.
"There are a lot of projects she's excited about, and she's feeling good," they added. "She's looking forward to 2026 and the flexibility she'll have then."
