After snaps of the two pro basketball players dressed to impress were reshared on social media, fans of Angel and Julian have had nothing but praise.

Angel Reese recently wrapped up 2025 on a high note, becoming the highest-paid Black woman in professional basketball after launching her new partnership with Victoria's Secret, releasing her signature sneaker, the "Angel Reese 1," and partnering with Reese's to release a line of Angel-inspired merch and cereal boxes.

On December 29, Angel attended an Orlando Magic game with her brother, Julian. He recently graduated from the University of Maryland, where he played basketball from 2021 to 2025. Julian went undrafted in the 2025 NBA draft; however, he signed an Exhibit 10 contract with the Toronto Raptors in October 2025.

Sitting courtside, Angel and Julian caused quite a stir, as social media clips show fans and game attendees' eyes glued to the pair during the Magic's recent contest. But that wasn't the only reason the ball players seemed to garner everyone's attention.

As shown in pics shared on popular Instagram accounts, Angel and Julian were dressed to the nines, with the Chicago Sky star dolled up in a maroon look that came with matching thigh-high boots and a fur coat. Julian, on the other hand, repped an all-black look with a white t-shirt, jewelry, and a grey hat.

Angel and Julian's gameday attendance quickly became a social media talking point, and the commenters had only great things to say. The popular fashion account @LeagueFits shared flashy snaps of the two, which garnered nearly 10,000 likes.

"Oh, they're extremely gorgeous," a user commented, while another wrote, "Family business!"

Another account also chimed in, writing, "Juju is so handsome. Angel, you are that GIRL. Your ensemble was runway ready. No competition."

On X, the social media platform formerly known as Twitter, the reaction was much the same, with one account writing, "Those are some tall, good-looking, and talented young people."

Another shared, "They are so so so cute. Blood like no other."

One fan shared their hopes for Angel and Julian, writing, "[They will] be a dynamic duo for [Toronto] basketball," referencing the incoming WNBA team, Toronto Tempo.

Angel's appearance at the Magic-Raptors game wasn't only to support her brother's team, but also to support her NBA star boyfriend, Wendell Carter Jr. After months of speculation, Carter seemingly confirmed their relationship during a guest appearance on FanDuel TV's "Run It Back."

"[Angel is] the home for sure, we locked in," he said. "Y’all gonna find out when y’all need to find out." But he didn't stop there; Carter shared another statement that seemed to be the cherry on top. "We'll just leave it at that. That's my girl, though. We locked in for sure."

Angel has also leaned into the rumors, sharing an image of herself wearing Orlando Magic jerseys, while another showed two Christmas stockings with the letters "A" and "W."

Angel's 2025 featured more than just love, though, as a recent report from The Blast stated that Angel made Forbes' list of the 20 highest-paid women in professional sports. According to the publication, Angel pulled in $9.4 million in 2025; however, only $400,000 of that came from her time on the court. The other $9 million came from Angel's brand deals with iconic brands like Juicy Couture and Victoria's Secret, as well as her partnership with Reebok.

"The WNBA don’t pay my bills at all. I don’t even think it pays one of my bills," she said in the past. "That check that I do get here is a bonus. Being able to play for what, four to five months, and get $75,000 on top of the other endorsements that I'm doing, I think it's a plus for me."

In October 2025, Angel became the first professional athlete to walk in the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show. "I literally could not stop smiling!" she said about the moment she learned she had finally earned her wings.
